Meet our Church secretary, Terri Jordan

Terri operates the “nerve center of our church.” In addition to keeping the master schedule up to date, she edits the weekly bulletin, the weekly King’s Weekly, and the monthly King’s Business publications. Terri is on the front lines of the church as she answers the telephone calls and greets weekday visitors.

Terri is semi-retired from a wonderful lifetime of teaching but find joy in my job at the church. Her husband is Tom and they have two boys, Andrew and Alex who have blessed them with two lovely daughter-in-laws. They welcomed their first grandchild, a girl, in early November. They also have a huge, friendly chocolate brown lab who thinks he is their first grandchild! Now that she has more time, Terri takes every opportunity to knit or work on counted-cross stitch projects. In the summer, she enjoys swimming and gardening. She is a lifetime member of St. John UCC and am pleased to be able to serve the church and it’s great members.

Terri’s sweet smile and enthusiasm for her job and our Church lifts the spirits of everyone who meets her. Feel free to stop by and say “Hi!” when you’re in the neighborhood!
